If using insurance benefits, take a look at your policy prior to your initial appointment. Many insurance providers require a medical doctor’s referral/prescription in order to be covered. You must have this prior to manufacturing the orthotics. You can come to your appointment without a prescription, however it will delay casting/manufacturing etc.

We are currently dealing with street construction outside our building. It may take you a little longer to get to us. Please give yourself extra time to arrive at your appointment on time, in case it takes longer to find a parking spot or find the entrance. Please call us if you have any problems – 403-703-2862.
