If you’re hoping to have your orthotics completed and dispensed before the end of the year, please book in prior to DEC 15th. Castings completed after DEC 15th will be dispensed in January

If using insurance benefits, take a look at your policy prior to your initial appointment. Many insurance providers require a medical doctor’s referral/prescription in order to be covered. You must have this prior to manufacturing the orthotics. You can come to your appointment without a prescription, however it will delay casting/manufacturing etc.
